  • Organizational assessment using a customized 360° assessment tools, coachee & sponsor(s) discovery feedback, and collaborative goal setting with coachee, sponsor(s), human resources, and executive coach based on competencies, skills, style and traits.

  • Roger incorporates highly developed listening skills, training and coaching, real-time “live” coaching, role playing, and case studies, plus coachee and stakeholders ongoing input feedback and reporting.

  • Executive Coaching For High Potential Leaders

    This vital member of the leadership team, working for a highly visible division of a major multi-national corporation, was considered a high-potential executive. However, he found challenges in his leadership style and executive presence. Roger was retained by the CEO and CFO to work closely with this executive.
